rpi-media: стартовая страница Homepage, Radarr/Sonarr → Jellyfin connect

- homepage/: сервисы с описанием и живыми виджетами; ключи — в homepage.env на малине
- Jellyfin-виджет через customapi (встроенный не совместим с Jellyfin 12)
- provision.py: шаги homepage и connect
